This looks like the PERFECT vanilla cupcake recipe I have been searching for.
Could you please tell me about converting from grams to cups? I don’t have a scale to measure.
Vanilla Cupcakes:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons (150g) butter
3/4 cup (150g) caster or granulated sugar
3 medium or large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cup (150g) self-raising/rising flour or plain flour + 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Here’s the recipe converted into cups:
Vanilla Cupcakes:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons (150g) butter
3/4 cup (150g) caster or granulated sugar
3 medium or large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cup (150g) self-raising/rising flour or plain flour + 2 teaspoons of baking powder
Vanilla Buttercream:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons (150g) butter
3 cups (300g) confectioners’/icing/powdered sugar. sifted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons double/heavy cream or milk
